Terraform Elastic CI Stack module
~60 orgs in productionA from-scratch Terraform port of the CloudFormation Elastic CI Stack (33 AWS resources, 14 .tf files). Released to public preview in November 2025 and adopted in production by around 60 organisations.
Buildkite CLI migration
~5 MB smaller binaryLed the CLI's migration from Cobra/Viper to Kong across every command group and stripped legacy TUI dependencies for plain ANSI output: a smaller, more responsive binary with cleaner output for scripts and AI agents.
Hardened actions and hooks
Reliability and secret safetyAdded retry with exponential backoff and jitter to trigger-pipeline-action for 5xx/429/network errors, and switched on automatic secret redaction so pipeline secrets are scrubbed before logs leave the agent.
Open-source cadence
92 merged PRs, 135+ docs commits92 merged pull requests across 18 Buildkite repositories and 135+ commits to the public documentation in under a year. Steady, broad delivery across the platform.
